Joe came to Sonoma County in 1998 after he was offered a position with a startup company in Santa Rosa. The Dot Com Era was in full force, and after a short period with the company he was promoted to Director of IT, and managed offices in Washington, California, and Hawaii. After the rise and fall of the capitals market during early 2000, Joe launched Concentric Mortgage with a business partner he met while attending the University or San Francisco to obtain his MBA. The partnership dissolved, and Joe became sole proprietor of Concentric Mortgage. After much planning, Joe decided to develop and introduce Heritage Properties, since many of his investment clients desired a full service one stop shop solution from Joe. In 2004 Joe Changed the name of Concentric Mortgage, incorporated and created Concentric Capital, Inc. and launched Concentric Capital, Inc.
Joe Henderson is a true renaissance man that loves the entrepreneurial adventure. He is hardworking, and compassionate about his business, his family, and his community.
When he allows himself to take a break (BAD JOE!), he enjoys: hiking and camping, photography, writing music and singing, writing comedy – “Sweet Show”, coming to a television near you. He is a sports enthusiast and has collected baseball cards and sports memorabilia since he was 6.
