    Joe Henderson's Timeline of Life
  1988 - Accepted offer with Business School - University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
- After paying housing deposit, changed mind and decided to not pursue business career, instead wanted to continue acting
- Attending Rock Valley Community College’s Theatre Program

One year was enough @ Rock Valley College
The idea was to go to California – Study acting, finish my Associates Degree at a community college, and after a year in CA, I would be a state resident to then be able to attend UCLA’s Acting Program paying in state tuition

- Camp Cayuga – Camp Counselor and Field sports Instructor
- Receive counselor of the year award out of 75 counselors
  1989 – Accepted to a Junior college in California at Kings River Community College in Reedley, CA to study Theater and Drama. Program declined – left school
  1989 - Went to London to study Theatre and Drama
  1990 - Graduated with Associates Degree in Theatre and Drama
- Applied to Acting School at UCLA
- Didn’t get state residency, and out of state tuition was to much money

Headed back out to California to live there a year to get state residency to then go back to UCLA and study acting
Drove out to Salt Lake City, UT with a friend who was obtaining his Masters Degree in Lighting, and was asked to audition for an actor’s training program at the University of Utah.
Audition went well – since I had no idea about the University of Utah
I asked to be informed that evening, or first thing in the morning as to the results.
Bad move since the University of Utah Art’s program at the time was ranked 5th in the nation...
- Offered scholarship for the University of Utah Actor’s Training Program
- Took offer, and ended up in the first year of a four year Acting Program – Freshman year – Junior Status
- Worked with Children’s Theatre Program
- Had local radio show
- Proud Member of Sigma Nu Fraternity
- Cut demo tape of two original songs - Hyde St. Studios - San Francisco
o I Wish you Never Had to Say Goodbye, and Fine World
- Left acting program on third year, and finished junior and senior year in one year. Obtained a B.S. in Telecommunication / Film



  1991 - Bought first home in Salt Lake City, UT - $62,000
- 3200 sq. ft home build in 1912
- Rented out 4 rooms, cash flowed property
o (I knew I was loving this real estate venture)
  1993 Entered Film Industry
Worked on numerous National commercials, Film and Television.
    - Wrote trailer song for Legend of Wolf Mountain staring Mickey Rooney
    - Worked on Plan 10 from Outer Space
    - Worked on Out of Annie’s Past with Scott Valentine
    - Last TV show worked on was – Touched By an Angel

Left film, TV, and the whole acting world to go to work for:
  1994 Microsoft – World Wide Operations
    - Became Support Development Manager
    - Received service awards – rolling out Windows 95
    - Worked on new release of Front Page web design software, MSN Network, and Training Programs for Educational Institutions.
  1995 Married Anne Lewon – a beautiful non-Mormon, Episcopalian from third generation Russian Jewish Family …. Go figure this one out.
  1996 - Launched side company – Announce It! – Salt Lake City Online, find out everything there is to do in Salt Lake – Did well, but lost out to major VC funding – Another company called City Search was funded.
- Bought additional property in Salt Lake City
  1997 – Went to work for Microsoft Certified Training and Education Company – Productivity Point International – Consulting and Training on all Microsoft Products. Obtained multiple certifications – MCP, MCT, MCSE, A+ Certification (All very techy). Consulted for – The U.S. Navy, FBI, American Express, Palm/3com, Boeing, Fidelity Investment, and many other International Fortune 200 Companies.
- Created new company called – Continuum Computer Solutions – building custom PC’s and doing networking design and installation. (Sold Company)
  1998 – Built custom home on East Bench in Salt Lake City
  1999 – Offered Technical Position with new publicly traded start-up – The Pathways Group, Inc. headquartered in beautiful Santa Rosa, CA
  2000 – Anne and I had a beautiful boy – Jacob Alan Henderson
– Promoted to Director of IT managing technical operations in Washington, California, and Hawaii.
– Continuation of Real Estate Investing
– Started MBA program at the University of San Francisco
  2001 – Dot Com Bust, capital markets sank, and we were out of business
– Bought assets of company to sell and recoup some of my losses – Hello EBAY!
– Created Gray Matter – Matters, Inc. and the treatments for Inquizikids television show. Developed full business plan for company, and entered business plan competition at the University of San Francisco – Won the competition - Developed Concentric Mortgage with Michael Hall – Wanted to provide a hand holding, educational approach to mortgage broker lending. To many issues with unethical behavior, lack of integrity throughout the industry, and we wanted to do it right.
  2002 – Lost the love of our life – Jacob
– Graduated with MBA from University of San Francisco
  2003 – Left Partnership and Concentric Mortgage – Needed some time
– Went to work with Old Republic Title Company
– Had our second son – Joshua Edward Henderson
  2004 – Developed Heritage Properties and Development
– Obtained ePro – technical real estate designation
– Launched Concentric Mortgage – Hawaii, Inc.
– Launched Concentric Mortgage – Oregon, Inc. out of Medford, OR.
  2005 – Changed name to Concentric Capital, Inc.
– Started Concentric Capital, Inc. in Marin
– Satellite offices in – Sacramento, Redding, Napa
– reached breakeven point with “startup”, and running positive cash flow
– Launch of the “Do You Know Joe?” marketing campaign.
