Dan Rumrill moved to Sonoma County in 1974 to enjoy the
comfort and atmosphere that Sonoma County could offer. He has been active
in the real estate field since 2003. For the past several years he has
ran a successful property management company working to provide his clients
and tenants the best possible service. Not only does Dan belong to National
Association of Realtors® he also is a designated Professional Property Manager
and a member of the International Real Estate Institute. Dan has a passion
for giving back to the community. He along with fellow Realtors® has formed
a band called The Natural Hazards that play regularly for charitable benefits
through out Sonoma County. Dan and his family live in Rohnert Park and until
recently 24 years in Petaluma. Dan’s focus with Heritage Properties is to
provide excellent service that result in the client’s complete satisfaction.

Alicia Betry comes to Concentric Capital with four years loan processing experience, a background in office management, and a tech-savy skill set. Alicia prides herself on her knowledge of lending guidelines and her ability to structure loans based on many program parameters.
Alicia is a 26 year old and a 3rd generation Sonoma County native. She currently lives in Healdsburg with her husband, Andrew, and their three-year old daughter, Jenna.
