Sales of single-family, re-sale
homes in Sonoma County were
up, year-over-year, for the eleventh
month in a row in February,
rising 75.1%.
For the first
two months of the year,
home sales are up
89.1% compared to last
year. In fact, home sales
are higher than they've
been since 2005.
