Concentric Capital, Inc. currently has offices located in Redding, Sacramento, Marin, Napa, Santa Rosa, Medford – Oregon, Maui – Hawaii; with broker relationships in Idaho, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona.
At the present time Heritage Properties primary area of focus is on the North Bay (Marin & Sonoma Counties). We are working with other brokers that appreciate our vision, style, and guidelines for servicing clients. We anticipate Heritage Properties will eventually enter the same markets where Concentric Capital has already established a solid presence.
